This has been a long time in planning and waiting for the right doe to AI to Trailblaiser. When this little fellow hit the ground, there was no doubt that he would be our next Junior Herdsire. Trail Hawk is a long and level buck and very uphill while on the move. . He is straight in the fore leg, with correct angulation to the rear leg..Added to this his flatness of rump from hip to pin and thurl to thurl. Hawk is a smoothly blended buck that we are seeing in his offspring. .

I was not disappointed in the kids that hit the ground this year. Hawk has added more bone, flatter rumps from hip to pins, wider rumps from thurl to thurl and body capacity. We retained 3 of his daughters in the herd and we are very excited in watching them mature. His youngest daughter, My-Enchanted-Acres Warm Breeze, was Junior Champion at the age of 4 months at the Central WA State Fair. In being appraised this year, the appraiser said this is a buck to add smoothness of blending and we have diffently seen that in his kids.
Hawk's daughters are
BonnieBreeze, Dakota and Chloe

After 5 sets of kids, Hailey finally gave me bucks. I couldn't have asked for more beautiful, well put together kids. Discover is everything I would expect from a son out of Hailey. Ace has complimented that with his beautiful head and rear leg set. I am so excited to finally have a Hailey son to hopefully carry on her beautiful mammary  and dairy character.
Discover's daughter in the herd are
Illusion, Arianna, Willow, and Ariel

We are so excited to be adding this beautiful buck to our breeding program. Thank you Jon for allowing us to lease this beautiful boy.  Echo ties in nicely with lines we have been using and lines we have been wanting to try. We have bred quite a few does to Echo and are anxiously awaiting for his babies to hit the ground in the spring.

They say you don't really see the value of a good buck until he is at least 3-4 years old. We were just seeing that value in Hawk. We have 5 milking daughters and have been so pleased with what he has produced. Today, we lost this loving gentleman. Thankfully, we have him in the tank. He will be greatly missed in our herd, but live on in his daughters.
